Thanks to everyone who journeyed through 2013 with me :o)
I simply want to thank everyone who I met in 2013 and allowed me a small window into their life. It was such a huge enjoyment and really just a humbling pleasure to have the opportunity to photograph so many fantastic couples & families.
I think last year more than any other I saw people really allowing themselves to be present in the occasion of their wedding day and enjoy it however they see fit, rather than getting caught up in the idea of whatever a wedding photograph is supposed to look like. With this I feel like the photography I do has become even more rewarding. It’s allowed me to see images that are even more meaningful… And that’s really down to you.
I love getting to know my clients, you all have such varied stories and lives that putting these tiny pieces into imagery, and allowing you to make new real-life stories in front of me is… like nothing else I can describe.
You see, I learn so much from you all. You help fuel my passion for photography and sharing that perspective with those who care. With this, I’ve been able to see and capture those one-of-a-kind images that just makes all the hard work worthwhile!
